Saleman (Instant Coffee)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Salesman to promote and sell our premium Instant Coffee products to customers. The Salesman will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the coffee industry.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including coffee shops, retailers, and distributors
- Identify new business opportunities and develop leads to expand the customer base
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the brand and generate leads
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the coffee industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel extensively and work flexible hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
