Junior Graphic Designer
We are looking for a creative and talented Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The Junior Graphic Designer will develop quality visual designs for our marketing materials, including print and digital media. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of design work, a deep understanding of design principles, and proficiency in design software.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work collaboratively with the CMO to create visually compelling designs for marketing materials
- Assist with the creation and production of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, social media graphics, and website design
- Follow design briefs and specifications to meet project requirements
- Contribute to brainstorming and ideation sessions to develop innovative design solutions
- Conduct research on design trends, competitor activities, and best practices in the industry
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure design needs are met
- Take direction from the CMO and adjust designs accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field
- 1-2 years of relevant design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, including typography, layout, color theory, and composition
- Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail
